Vertrieb & Marketing

Nino loves being in touch with people and connecting them together. It is no coincidence that he likes to host so much: Nino's roots lie in gastronomy. After studying Communications & Media Management, he worked for several years as a project manager for a Berlin publishing house. He completed his yoga teacher training in Mexico.

Pit's passion lies in optimising processes and building efficient structures. Always in focus: practicable solutions, sustainability and social values. At Offside, he brings his expertise in the areas of HR and sustainable management. His motivation: to actively shape the transformation of our working world through sustainable and social structures.

Julie

Prozessleitung & Konzeption

Julie gestaltet Workshops und begleitet Teams durch komplexe Prozesse. Dabei immer im Fokus: authentische Begegnungen, echte Entwicklung und nachhaltiger Wandel. Bei Offside verbindet sie psychologisches Wissen mit über 20 Jahren Erfahrung und gestaltet unsere Formate inhaltlich. Ihre Überzeugung: tiefgreifende Veränderung beginnt dort, wo echter Kontakt möglich wird.

Simon

Konzeption & Vision

Simon begleitet Veränderungsprozesse mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, mentale Gesundheit und Resilienz. Sein Ansatz: Räume, in denen Menschen und Teams wachsen. Er bringt über 15 Jahre Expertise in Transformationsdesign und Teamentwicklung ein. Seine Überzeugung: echter Wandel beginnt im Zusammenspiel von innerer und äußerer Transformation.
