To do this, we transform places into temporary ecosystems away from the usual working environment, using the tension between urban innovation and rural peace, productive work and relaxation. Implemented with content workshops to strengthen team cohesion and consciously combine them with elements that balance body and mind.

Nino

Nino loves being in touch with people and connecting them together. It is no coincidence that he likes to host so much: Nino's roots lie in gastronomy. After studying Communications & Media Management, he worked for several years as a project manager for a Berlin publishing house. He completed his yoga teacher training in Mexico.

Pit's passion lies in optimising processes and building efficient structures. Always in focus: practicable solutions, sustainability and social values. At Offside, he brings his expertise in the areas of HR and sustainable management. His motivation: to actively shape the transformation of our working world through sustainable and social structures.
